These Terms of Use govern your use of meridianmediausa.com, operated by Meridian Media LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Meridian", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Meridian Media LLC operates consumer rewards properties. This site is the company's own informational site. It has no forms, no accounts and no applications on it.
Our one live property is Meridian Rewards, an offerwall where visitors complete offers — app installs, surveys, sign-ups — supplied by advertising networks. Most are free to complete; those that cost money are shown in a separate labelled section with the cost stated before the visitor starts. The advertiser pays us a commission and we pass half of it to the visitor in cash.
These terms cover this site. Meridian Rewards has its own terms, and those are the ones that govern completing offers and being paid.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or medical advice. It is general information about what Meridian Media does.
We do not control the advertisers whose offers appear on our rewards site, and we are not party to whatever a visitor signs up for with one. The terms of anything obtained from an advertiser — a trial, a subscription, an account — are set by that advertiser and can change without notice. Read their terms before giving them your information.
We do not promise, guarantee or predict earnings. What a visitor earns on our rewards site depends entirely on which offers they choose to complete and whether the advertiser confirms the completion.
Rewards are confirmed by the advertiser over roughly 30–60 days and a completion the advertiser rejects is reversed. Any figure shown anywhere on our sites is the reward for a specific offer if it is confirmed — it is not a prediction of what anyone will receive, and it is not a total anyone is owed.
Advertising networks pay Meridian a commission when a visitor completes an offer on our rewards site. Half of that commission goes to the visitor in cash. It costs the visitor nothing.

There is nothing to submit on this site. It carries no forms, no quote requests and no applications, and we do not collect your phone number here.
An earlier version of this page stated that by submitting a form you consented to your details being shared with providers who could contact you by telephone at the number you provide. That was inaccurate — no such form, sharing arrangement or telephone consent has ever existed on this domain. It has been removed rather than reworded.
If you email us, we use what you send only to answer you.
On our rewards site you may choose to give an email address and a payout destination. What happens to those is set out in that site's privacy policy.

The content, design and marks on this site belong to Meridian Media LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or any provider you are introduced to. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Media LLC and its members, officers and agents from any claim arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
The arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada, be conducted in English, and be decided by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Meridian each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or participate in a class, collective or representative action. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. If this class waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration section is void.
You may reject this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the address below within thirty (30) days of first using the site, stating your name and your intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

Meridian Pass is an optional monthly membership purchased through Stripe from your account. The monthly price is stated before checkout and may vary by country of residence (United States: $10 per month). For each paid monthly period, a one-time reward credit equal to that month's fee is added to your balance when a validated offer or survey completion is confirmed within that period. The credit is granted at most once per paid period, is not cash until it is part of a payout, and is in addition to the reward of the offer itself; unused months do not roll over. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your account page, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made after it. The first payment is refundable for 7 days from purchase provided no credit has yet been granted; refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Members who purchased the one-time Pass before September 24, 2026 keep that one-time product as sold: a single credit, no recurring charges. The Pass does not change your reward share and is not a chance to win anything.
